On March 16-17, 2007, Sturm College of Law, University of Denver will hold its second national domestic violence conference entitled…
Battered Mothers and Witnessing Children: Failure to Protect and Conceptions of State Accountability
Are we really protecting battered women and their children? Are state initiatives such as the Green Book Project, mandatory arrest, mandatory reporting of domestic violence by doctors, providing the safety net that battered women and their children need and deserve? What is the state of the law and our ability to protect women and children?
Please join us to discuss these important issues.
