Loki’s Planet, the newest social network for gamers and technology, is excited to unveil three contests, loaded with prizes, sure to start the new year off right.
First, Loki’s Planet wants to see the most brutal, funny or ridiculous original video showing contestants owning (showing superior skills over other players online) another player in game. Punch someone in the shin, land a random grenade to the face, (in a game, NOT in real life) whatever it may be. Just make sure it’s entertaining. Submit a video to the Loki’s Planet contest section called “Ownage,” and once its uploaded to the site, contestants must have others click the “Like” button on it. The contestant with the most popular video wins a $ 100 dollar Game Stop gift card, a game release of the contestant’s choice (see contest rules for details), Loki’s Planet merchandise, and a 3-day expo pass to the Game Development Conference 2012 in San Francisco.
Got a lot of IRL (in real life) friends? Then this second contest might be easy. Loki’s Planet wants contestants to get as many people as they know: 30, 50, 100, to scream, “LOKI’S PLANET” at a video camera at the same time. Submit contestant video under the contest section called “Uber Popular.” The contestant that can get the most people on camera will win a $ 100 dollar gift card from Game Stop, a game release of your choice, and Loki’s Planet merchandise.
Got a lot of online friends? Sign up at Loki’s Planet under the contest section called “The Summoned,” and contestants will be provided a code. Contestant must have others sign up at Loki’s Planet using that code and the contestant with the most adds will win a $ 100 dollar gift card from Game Stop, a game release of your choice, and Loki’s Planet merchandise.
All contest winners will be interviewed by LokisPlanet web host and the interview will be featured on our homepage, youtube channel, and given a chance to win even more. Each prize winner that submits a video showing off their winnings will receive another Gamestop gift card for $ 20 dollars, plus another $ 100 dollars for each 100 people that sign up to Loki’s Planet through that video’s link.
